"Glory isn't everything," Rose shrugged, "we don't always want to go about broadcasting what we get up to." She winked at her fellow redhead, "isn't that right, Xavien?"

[Xavien Laerrin]

He couldn't help but grin at that. "You do make an excellent point there Rose. It might even be a bit of the reasoning behind why I don't say too much about my daring escapades."

[Axel Ward]

With a deep grimace, Axel rose from his chair. Swaying only somewhat, he made his way back to the bar.

Sitting heavily on a stool now, he turned his back to the rest of the partygoers, instead turning his attention to a full glass of... water as it turned out, downing it in a single go.

Coryn chuckled, lifting a finger. "Now look." He focused on the finger, it seemed to be swaying. He watched it a moment. "Anyway. I did have a hot date. She's real classy. Alister met her, right bro?"

He seemed to finally hear the song request. "Oh, upbeat huh? Sure, sure. Lemme see."

It seemed his repertoire was quite diverse.

Sitting down again, Phoebe let the music of Coryn chill her mood for now as she kept drinking.

"Hey, where'd you learn to play like that, burc'ya?" she asked her fellow Concordian when the song finished.

“Daring, huh?” Rose smiled, raising an eyebrow at the heir, “I’ll definitely have to hear more about that sometime.” She tapped her fingertips against the side of her cup in time with the song Coryn was playing.

"Here, there, everywhere." He smiled, gave a shrug, and grabbed a hydrosoda. "In another life, well, maybe I'd have been a musician. Spent a lot of time on the Rim with the alliance. Learned a lot about music and languages. And shooting Imperials."

[Phoebe Wren]

"Music and languages doesn't sound like the kind of thing that most warriors bother to learn," she snorted a brief chuckle. "Not that I disapprove, just unusual. Wish I knew how to play something."

[Kairi Laerrin]

"Music and so-on is how we boast about our accomplishments," Kairi proclaimed. She walked over to the couch next to Orella and rubbed her unconscious sister's hair. "She knows how to be proud of what she does and whatnot. Won't shut up about it, just like me."
