60 BBY - The current Mand’alor, Jaster Mereel, creates the True Mandalorians. The Death Watch, unsatisfied with his new code of ethics, rebels against him, starting the first Mandalorian Civil War in recent times.

58 BBY - In the Battle of Concord Dawn, the Death Watch suffers a crushing defeat, leading many to believe them to be disbanded. Jango Fett is adopted by Mand’alor himself after the death of his family.

52 BBY - The Death Watch returns and manages to kill Jaster Mereel. Jango Fett assumes the title of Mand’alor and continues the fight against them.

44 BBY - The Mandalorian Civil War finally comes to an end, leaving much of the planet uninhabitable. A disillusioned Jango Fett leaves Mandalore behind and becomes a bounty hunter. With both the Death Watch and True Mandalorians severely weakened, the pacifistic New Mandalorians take control of the planet.

22 BBY - When the Clone Wars begins, Mandalore declares itself a neutral system. Both the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems vie for Mandalore’s favor.

21 BBY - The Death Watch resurfaces from Concordia and begin launching terrorist attacks.

20 BBY - Duchess Satine Kryze is overthrown and eventually murdered. Her sister, Bo-Katan, wrestles control of Mandalore after an open Civil War.

19 BBY - Palpatine establishes a New Order in the form of the Galactic Empire. Bo-Katan Kryze refuses to submit to his rule, resulting in her dethroning.

2 BBY - Another Mandalorian Civil War erupts between the Imperial-backed Clan Saxon and the Mandalorian resistance.

1 BBY - After the death of Tiber Saxon, Bo-Katan Kryze assumes the title of Mand’alor and leads her people’s resistance against the Galactic Empire.

0 ABY - Death Star I is destroyed.

4 ABY - Death Star II is destroyed. With Imperial leadership scrambled, resistance fighters garner more supporters and rout any remaining Imperial loyalists from Mandalore.

5 ABY - Bo-Katan Kryze leads her people to focus on rebuilding after decades of warfare. She tasks her most trusted followers in creating new clans to repopulate Mandalore. One of these men, Rowan Laerrin, sets out to establish Clan Laerrin.

Timeline of 5 ABY

Month 2
Clan Saxon's Downfall: Through tracking Vanito Cadera, Clan Laerrin found the remnants of the Imperial Regime. Enna Saxon and the rest of the leadership were eliminated and the youngest among them dispersed into the rest of the clans.

The Galactic Arena: Countless systems, both in and out of the New Republic, begin discussing Mandalore's diplomatic placing. Some refuse to recognize them as having any more authority than the Death Watch of old. Others are more lenient, though that may not be out of altruism.

Fully Integrated: Customs and languages are easy to pick up for those willing to do so. With the knowledge, Riza is able to traverse among the clans with little difficulty and pass along any tidbits to others.

Month 3
An Old Flame: Maeve, one of many dames from Tatooine, begins supplying Clan Laerrin with goods. This rapidly expands to the rest of the clans as well, giving her the opportunity to escape from a place with so much sand.

A New Heir: Due to recent events, Rowan and Treya have concluded that their son, Xavien, is the most suitable to lead the clan. Though it will be awhile until he assumes direct control, he has already begun negotiating with his contacts.

The Drifter: Kairi Laerrin leaves the Aurora behind and goes to her former-Alliance contacts to help with the New Republic. She only leaves a line of communication for Orella, for emergencies only, but also leaves a farewell note for Coryn.

Month 4
Old Friends: Coryn's old mercenary unit meets up with Clan Laerrin and folds into the reformation efforts. With the swelling of dependable recruits, there are seldom any gaps in operational capacity.

Blue is the Coldest Color: Through the power of teamwork, Riza and Axel pierce the veil of the Chiss Ascendancy. The roots trace all the way up to the Aristocra, power games among power games to maintain the status quo.

The Hunter: On a hunch, Keh'ral leads a squad towards what turns out to be a surviving Inquisitor's base of operations. He becomes renown through the clans as a whole, serving as a tracker for high-value targets. Only one is able to elude his tracking.

Month 5
Damsel Causing Distress: A rumor spreads across the galaxy of infamous outlaw, Dennah Valtair, fleeing with a shipment of Hutt Cartel weaponry. What she plans to do with it is anyone's guess.

Idealistic Youth: Orella finally makes strides in connecting with the ex-Saxon members assigned to Clan Laerrin. They start to see leadership in her, though she is quick to remind them of the hierarchy. The integration, however, may not be going as well for the others.

Month 6
Champions of the Moot: As part of a celebration, the clans assemble for a series of challenges. Due to Axel's training methods, Clan Laerrin is able to shine in the melee bout.

Ancient Traditions: While asleep at the Moot, Phoebe feels the urge to meet with a shrouded Mandalorian. He instructs her in the basics of shamanic rites of old. When the sun rises, he is nowhere to be found but instinct tells her he will return.

Month 7
The Battle of Jakku begins...
