Shopping across the galaxy can prove difficult at the best of days, especially when one gets out in the the Outer Rim. In General all planets will have a rarity cap listed in their descriptions, as well as a price modifier for the various items you can buy there.

Black Market contacts will work to lower a items rarity as well as gain access to Restricted items.
