Practice Makes Perfect: The Boost Dice given by this option can only be used on your next Crafting roll, or Item Modification roll before the end of the session. Furthermore the maximum amount of times you can choose this option is three times per roll.
Lesson Learned: This option can only be used to lower the difficulty of similar items. Example: If you attempt to craft Light Armor, and fail with 2 Advantage, you can use Lessons Learned to lower the difficulty of crafting another armor by 1. This could be any type of armor, but could not be a weapon.
Armor Insert (Cyphers and Masks Pg. 45): This armor attachment is a little cumbersome as written as well as being a bit too powerful for its cost. The new stats are as follows:
Price: 1200 Credits. Hardpoints: -. Rarity 6 (R)
This item can be attached to any article of clothing or armor with Defense and Soak of 0. The item retains all other abilities, but also counts as Armored Clothing, gaining the following stats that replace its own:
Defense: 1. Soak: 1. Encumbrance: 3. Hardpoints: 1.
Characters can determine that the armor is armored with a successful Perception Check at Average difficulty.
Modification Options: 1 Increase Soak by 1; 2 Increase Difficulty of Perception Check by 1
Addendum: This armor attachment requires the initial armor to have Soak 0, so it cannot be combined with armor attachments that increase Soak, such as Superior.
