It is said that anyone this far out from civilization is up to no good.
Planetary Conditions: Due to the distance from civilization, the single Setback die is increased to two Setback dice due to the climate. Thermal cloaks and other appropriate features still reduce this. There are scant signs of civilization out here, but the determined person might find something of interest.
